The Timeless Grace Legacy Scholarship was established to support graduating South Carolina high school seniors who demonstrate strong faith, academic commitment, and active service within their church community. This scholarship honors the legacy of Percy M. Richburg by investing in students who reflect faith, honor, and dedication to education.

Award Amount
$500 scholarship award (one recipient annually)

Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

• Be a graduating South Carolina high school senior
• Be accepted into a college, university, or trade school
• Maintain a minimum GPA of 3.0
• Be active in their church community
• Submit a faith-based essay
• Provide a recommendation letter from a pastor or church leader
